Non-Personalised Products - Return and Refund 

We will refund or exchange any (non-personalised) item within 90 days of the purchase date as long as it is returned in perfect condition for resale, with enclosing order details and return/refund request information to:

Please Note: For exchanges we request repayment of postage costs of £3 for UK delivery and £5 for international. We will send a link for payment upon receipt of your returned case.

 

Non-Personalised Products - Product Warranty

If the item is proven to be faulty or damaged in transit we will issue a refund or replacement within 12 months of the purchase date.

If you suspect your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us with images of the issue and we will reply with a resolution.

 

Personalised Products 

We do not issue refunds or exchanges for personalised products once they have been delivered. Please check and double check your order details before submitting to avoid mistakes being made.
