We Ship all products next working day if ordered before 12pm GMT. Please allow 1 full working day (24 hours) for dispatch even though we send over 90% of orders same day. UK SHIPPING OPTIONS Standard Delivery - Royal Mail Packet 48 Service (2-3 Days) Book Files - Extra Charge due to size of parcel - DPD Next Day service (1 Day) FULL TRACKED INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING This is a step-by-step tracking service from door to door and goes via our shipping network through the Netherlands and onto the destination country using your national postal service network (ie USPS, Correos, Australia Post, Canada Post etc). Your tracking will be sent to you as soon as the item(s) are dispatched. |

SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS Australia - All items will go via our express service with an average delivery time of 5-7 days. Ireland - All items will go via our express service with an average delivery time of 5-7 days. For countries where post is often delayed or lost (ie Mexico, Italy, S Korea, Brazil, China) only tracked international shipping is available. We now ship Office Files to International destinations. This is currently fixed at £6.95 for UK, £25-£75 for EU/ROW. Add files to basket to calculate shipping price. Pricing is based on weight and scaled in steps: 1-5 files, 6-10 files and 10 or more files. |

DPD Next Day (1-2 Days) Mainland Europe: Germany, France, Netherlands: 5-7 Days Rest EU: 5-14 Days Worldwide: US & Canada: 5 - 7 Days Australia: 5-7 Days Ireland - 5-7 Days EU - 7-10 Days Rest of World: 7 - 28 Days Notoriously slow postal services like those in Qatar, Saudi Arabia, India, Mexico, South Africa may take anywhere between 14 - 45 Days.
