The klever case team is amazing. My wife had a discontinued quibbler case for her kindle. Our new puppy got ahold of it and destroyed both. She has insurance on the kindle so that is covered, but not so much on her Klever case. The support team helped me every step of the way. They kept me informed. I live in the USA. I personally have never ordered something like this before. The process confused me. The Klevercase team took their time to walk me through it. My wife was pleasantly surprised and excited about her new case. The process and the product were flawless. Thank you Klevercase team. Once again you are amazing.

I bought a "Grimoire Magic Spells" case for a kindle paperwhite and it is better than expected, it looks good in my Kindle and fit perfect to it.

The new faux leather case is slightly smaller than former Klever cases. The board cover has been replaced with a softer material and the Klever Case imprint is no longer inside the new cases. I received a faux leather Berry colored My Book design and it is lovely. Even though there are things I miss with old deign, I believe this case will be much more durable. Dealing with the staff of Klever Case is a wonderful experience; they are extremely helpful polite and kind. I will remain a ;loyal customer of Klever Cases.
